According to Wikipedia, Irving Berlin wrote the secular yuletide song White Christmas in 1942. Bing Crosby’s version is listed in Guinness World Records as the best-selling single of all time. Estimated worldwide sales exceed 100 million copies. Other versions have sold an additional 50 million copies. Incidentally, Berlin, a Jewish songwriter, also wrote “God Bless America.”
