Michael J. Fox is an American-Canadian actor most famous for his role as Marty McFly in the Back to the Future Hollywood film trilogy. Since 1991, Fox has suffered from Parkinson’s, a degenerative neurological disease that causes him to shake uncontrollably. He manages symptoms with the medication carbidopa/levodopa. Fox has poked fun at himself and his condition on numerous occasions, notably in an episode of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” with Larry David.
