According to Wikipedia, Tyrannosaurus rex could bite off five hundred pounds (227 kg) of meat at a time, so it follows that they must’ve shit an awful lot. Sixty million years later, their fossilized feces, or coprolite, provides invaluable clues about their ecosystem, prey, habits, and whether or not they were getting enough fiber in their diet.
